The Virginia State Conference of the NAACP (Virginia NAACP) has announced its legislative priorities for the 2025 session of the Virginia General Assembly. The organization outlined its goals during a virtual press conference held on Monday, Jan. 6.
Virginia NAACP leaders highlighted key legislative areas they plan to support and oppose, emphasizing their commitment to equity and justice for all Virginians.
“Our agenda is centered on advancing equity and justice for all Virginians. We look forward to working together to create a more inclusive future,” said Gaylene Kanoyton, Chair of the Virginia NAACP Political Action Committee.
