Don Davis, a Democratic representative from North Carolina, first entered Congress in 2022 and is gearing up for reelection in 2024. He serves on the Agriculture and Armed Services committees, playing a crucial role in shaping policies related to these areas.

As of the latest report filed on October 16, 2024, Davis’s campaign has raised a total of $5,536,234 and spent $3,755,220. His campaign currently has $1,798,986 in cash reserves with no debts reported.

The top industry supporting Davis’s campaign is the Securities & Investment sector, which has contributed $368,260. Other significant industries include pro-Israel organizations, providing $310,783, and retired individuals, who have donated $305,698. Leadership PACs and Democratic/Liberal groups have also made substantial contributions of $295,104 and $227,049, respectively.

Among Davis’s top contributors, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) leads with $274,783, of which $269,783 came from individual donors and $5,000 from PACs. Other notable contributors include Digidems PAC ($30,450), Fair Shot PAC ($23,200), and the National Cotton Council, which contributed $20,500—primarily through PACs. The Schusterman Foundation also provided $19,800 in support.

Davis’s campaign funding largely stems from large individual contributions, amounting to $2,900,125 or 52.38% of his total fundraising. PAC contributions represent 31.30% ($1,732,892), while small individual contributions of less than $200 make up 10.03% ($555,581). Other sources account for 6.28% of the funds, with no self-financing reported.

In addition to his campaign efforts, Davis oversees the People in Rural Areas Transform Elections PAC, which focuses on supporting rural communities. With strong financial backing from the securities and investment sector and robust support from pro-Israel organizations like AIPAC, Davis is well-positioned as he approaches the 2024 elections.
